He intends to file an Appeal against the Judgment dated 4th February 2025 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal - Mumbai Bench in Claim Application No : OA (IIU)/MMC/2016/0274. There Satish Sangar 1/2
36-FA(ST)-23295-2025+IA(ST)-30097-2025+IA-11173-2025.doc was a direction to pay compensation of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakh) along with the interest. There is a delay of 10 days. Whereas according to Mr.Shimpi, in fact there is no delay because from getting the certified copy, the Appeal is filed in time. Be that it may, for the reasons stated in the Application, the delay is condoned in terms of prayer clause (a). Application is disposed of accordingly. FIRST APPEAL (ST) NO.23295 OF 2025 3.
Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 10th October 2025.
INTERIM APPLICATION NO.11173 OF 2025 4.
Stay is granted to the execution of the Judgment dated 4 th February 2025 passed by the the Railway Claims Tribunal - Mumbai Bench in Claim Application No : OA (IIU)/MMC/2016/0274 subject to deposit of the decretal amount along with the interest within a period of 4 weeks before the learned Railway Claims Tribunal - Mumbai Bench.
