The Claims Tribunal-Pune as per the Award dated 14th March 2024 has pleased to direct them to pay a compensation of Rs.15,24,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh Twenty Four Thousand). The Claim against the Opponent Nos.3 to 5 was dismissed. Satish Sangar 1/2

Issue notice to Respondent Nos.1 to 3 / Claimants returnable on 3rd December 2025.

Also issue notice to them on Stay Application returnable on 3rd December 2025.

For want of instructions, learned Advocate is unable to assist the Court by telling about the execution, if any, filed. He has submitted that his client can deposit a small amount. If a stay is to be granted then the entire amount needs to be deposited. Today I am not deciding the quantum but only issuing a notice. If execution is filed, the Appellant is given liberty to inform the Executing Court about filing of an Appeal. Even liberty granted to the Appellant to seek circulation, if execution is flied.
