The Interim Application is taken out seeking that the Second Appeal be listed for final hearing.

Perusal of the record shows that a learned Single Judge by Order dated 7th September 2023 has placed the Second Appeal for final hearing on 19th October 2023 and from time to time the orders have been passed directing that the matter be placed for final hearing. 3.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed by directing that the Second Appeal be listed in the 'Final Hearing' board commencing from 22nd September 2025.
