Considering the misleading statement made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant on the instructions of the Applicant/Appellant and for wasting precious judicial time, we direct the Applicant to deposit costs of Rs.25,000/- with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa within a period of one week from today.
