By this application, the applicant seeks quashing and setting aside of the impugned warrant of attachment dated 5th March, 2025 issued by the Family Court, Bandra.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the warrant of attachment was issued since the applicant had not paid arrears of Rs.25,00,000/-, pursuant to the orders passed by the Family Court, 1/3

Bandra. Learned Counsel states that he has brought a Demand Draft of Rs.25,00,000/- drawn in the name of the Registrar, Judicial-I, High Court, Mumbai, today and that, he will deposit the said Demand Draft in the Registry of this Court during the course of this week. He further states that the applicant has deposited Rs.25,000/- with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa as directed vide order dated 22nd August, 2025.

Considering that the applicant will be depositing Demand Draft of Rs.25,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court drawn in the name of the Registrar, Judicial-I, High Court, Mumbai, we quash and set aside the warrant of attachment drawn on 5th March, 2025. 4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, that the said amount is deposited by the applicant without prejudice to his rights and contentions. 2/3

To be listed on 4th December, 2025 for recording compliance of order of deposit.
