By this interim application, the applicant seeks the following substantive relief :

"(a) That the present interim application filed under the provisions of Order V Rule 20 (Substituted Service) be allowed and the applicant be permitted to serve the sole Respondent by way of publication in daily local newspaper."

Accordingly, the applicant to serve the sole respondent by way of publication in two local newspapers i.e. Navshakti and Free Press Journal. In addition, we request learned Addl.P.P to serve the respondent who resides at C/o. Shamsundar Bapu Sawant, Flat No.JN/2/37, Building No.B/2, Shraddha Apartment, Sector - 10, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, District Thane through the concerned Police Station. Police Inspector of the concerned Police Station, to depute a responsible person to inform the respondent No.2 of the order passed today to enable the respondent to engage an Advocate or to appear in person.

Report of service to be submitted by the concerned Police Inspector of Vashi Police Station on 25th November, 2025. 4.
