By this interim application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 21st July, 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I), by Wakodikar 1/2

10-IA-11286-2025.doc which, the aforesaid petition was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 21st July, 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) is recalled and the aforesaid petition is restored back to its original file. Office objections, if any, to be removed within two weeks from today. Petition to be listed on 17th September, 2025. 3.
