The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the present Letters Patent Appeal came to be dismissed by order dated 7th November 2019 passed by this Court for want of prosecution. 2.

Mr. Mithil Kadgave, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that the matter was inadvertently not noted by the then Advocate appearing for the Petitioner, and therefore the matter could not be prosecuted.

He further submits that the Petitioner shall hereafter diligently prosecute the matter and ensure timely representation. 4.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the same is allowed.

The order dated 7th November 2019 dismissing the Letters Patent Appeal for want of prosecution is recalled. The Letters Patent Appeal is restored to its original file. 6.
