I am informed that notice of today's mentioning has been given by Advocate for Appellant to the Corporation. None is present from the Corporation.

Issue which is raised in the praecipe is prima facie serious. It entails rather curtails the livelihood of 80 people working in the establishment of Appellant.

On hearing Mr. Kantawala and perusing the record prima facie it appears that action has been taken against Appellant's establishment with alarming alarcity by the Municipal Corporation.

I am informed that Interim Application is served on Corporation. A copy of this order shall be served on Municipal Corporation.

Corporation's legal officer is directed to depute a responsible pleader in the present case. If none appears for the Corporation, this Court will have to pass appropriate orders on hearing Advocate for Appellant.
