This is an application for restoration of Interim Application No.8900 of 2024 for not supplying copies within stipulated period. There is delay of 365 days in filing present application. It is stated in the application that because of clerk's mistake necessary compliance was not made and on noticing order of dismissal, the present application is filed as soon as possible.

Perusal of the order dated 31.07.2024 (which is not annexed to the application despite stating it is annexed as Exhibit "A", but shown to the Court), it appears that, time was given for supplying copies and for that technical reason, application was dismissed. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for sole Respondent, submits that there is no sufficient cause shown for delay, however, fairly submits to Husen

Considering the averments in the application and that application is dismissed for technical reason, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, the following order is passed:

(i) Subject to the Applicant removing all office objections within a period of two weeks from today, the application is allowed, delay is condoned and Interim Application No.8900 of 2024 is restored to the file.

Place Interim Application No.8900 of 2024 on 09.09.2025 for further consideration, if the office objections are removed. (M.M. SATHAYE, J.) Husen
