The Tribunal has directed insurer and insured to pay compensation of Rs. 6,14,715/- alongwith 7% interest within 6 weeks. Execution is filed. The Insurance Company is ready to deposit the entire amount. In view of that following order:

ORDER

(i) Stay is granted to the execution of the impugned award subject to deposit of awarded amount along with interest within a period of 4 weeks from today. The amount be deposited before the Tribunal.

(ii) Interim Application is disposed of.
