This application is preferred to set aside the order dated 23rd December 2024, passed by the Registrar, thereby dismissing the Writ Petition for non-removal of office objections. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant/petitioner would remove the office objections within a period of four weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statement and for the reasons assigned in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The order dated 23rd July 2025 dismissing the petition for nonremoval of office objections stands recalled, and Writ Petition (st) No. varsha

It is hereby clarified that, if the office objections are not removed, this order shall stand recalled without further reference to the Court. 6.

In case office objections are removed and the petition is numbered, the petitioner shall be entitled to seek circulation. 7.
