After this petition was heard for some time, Mr. Talekar, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition, however, keeping open all contentions of the parties to assail the elections in accordance with law, in the event, the petitioners are of the opinion that the election subject matter of the present proceedings are in any manner illegal or not in accordance with the provisions of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965.

Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 4.

Disposed of. No costs.
