By this Application the Applicant (Original Petitioner) seeks to add Shakeel Industrial Spas Pvt. Ltd. as Respondent in the present Petition. It is submitted that the said party was successful purchaser in an auction conducted by Respondent No. 3 during the pendency of the present Petition.

We find that any order passed in the present Writ Petition would affect the said party and therefore it would be appropriate to allow the present Application.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Accordingly, Shakeel Industrial Ispat Pvt. Ltd is directed to be joined as party Respondent No. 4 in the present Writ Petition 5.
