Interim Application No.11407 of 2025 is taken out seeking condonation of 13 days delay in filing the Family Court Appeal, against the Judgment and Order passed by the Family Court, Mumbai at Bandra in Petition No.A-1343 of 2019 dated 22/11/2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and perused the Application, which proceed to state that the delay in filing

2/2 903 IA-11407-25.odt the Application is on account of the grounds set out in paragraphs 7 and 8 and the same is not intentional or deliberate, but due to circumstances beyond her control. 3.

Considering the limited financial resources, which the Applicant had and on account of the difficulty expressed, we are satisfied that the delay is bona fide.

Resultantly, Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (1).

Registry is directed to register the Appeal.

While we issue notice in Appeal, issue notices in Interim Application Nos.1085 of 2026 and 11408 of 2025 also, making it returnable on 24/04/2026.

In addition to the court notice, notice is also permitted to be served through private mode of service.
