The application is supported by copy of the death certificate and a SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI communication received from the proposed respondent No.1(b), by SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Date: 2025.09.05 17:41:02 +0530 thereby informing the names of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent.

For the reasons assigned in the application and in view of the fact that, there does not appear any dispute about the persons, who are the legal representatives of the deceased respondent, the application stands allowed.
