Mr. Ansari, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners state that as the impugned order in present Writ Petition is order dated 26th March 2018 passed in RAE & R. Suit No. 409/673 of 2012 by the learned Judge of the Small Causes Court at Bandra, Mumbai under the provisions of Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 and as there is statutory appeal
