The Appellant intends to prefer an Appeal against the Award dated 5th August 2024 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Satish Sangar 1/2

11-IA-11428-2025+IA-11429-2025+FA(ST)-14289-2025.doc - Mumbai. By the said Award, the Opposite Party and the Insurer were jointly and severally directed to pay an amount of Rs.6,30,000/- (Six Lakh Thirty Thousand) to the Applicants along with 7.5% interest. INTERIM APPLICATION NO.11429 OF 2025 4.

Stay is granted to the execution of the Award dated 5 th August 2024 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - Mumbai subject to deposit of the entire amount within a period of 4 weeks before the learned MACT - Mumbai.

The Claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing an usual undertaking.
