The Applicant has challenged the order passed by the trial Court rejecting the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure alongwith application for condonation of delay. 2.

The counsel for Applicant has stated that the Applicant has served the Respondents with application for condonation of delay and he is also praying for stay to the proceeding before the trial Court, as after filing of the Civil Revision Application challenging Gaikwad RD 1/2

11-ia-11449-2025.doc order under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC, the trial Court has heard the injunction application and now the application is pending for orders on 15th January 2026. As he has challenged the order before this Court and the matter is pending before this Court, he has not argued the interim application.
