We are of the clear opinion that petitioner-Mr. Balrama Kariyappa Gowada who appears in person, as a litigant is impossible to be controlled. He does not understand the consequence of several orders passed by the Court granting him substantial relief which in fact assist him. We may observe that under the orders of the Court, an agreement entitling the petitioner to a permanent alternate accommodation has already been executed and registered. Despite this clear position, repeatedly the petitioner is moving untenable applications before the Court and on the administrative side, which is nothing but causing an unwarranted disturbance in the process of the Court. He does not even intend to accept a legal aid counsel. He also has a serious dispute with his wife. It is not possible for this Bench to hear him, considering his continuous interruption of the Court proceedings. Accordingly, this petition along with interim proceedings shall not be placed before the Bench of which both of us are members. 2.
