By this interim application, the applicants/petitioners are praying for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections by an order dated 26 August 2022.

We have perused the averments as made in the interim application. There is substantial delay of 900 days in filing this interim application. In our opinion, it is in the interest of justice that the petition is restored to the file of this Court subject to payment of cost of Rs.25,000/- to be deposited with the High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai within a period of two weeks from today.
