2) Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that on the earlier occasion, the notice was issued to the Respondent in the Miscellaneous Civil Application. However, as copies were not supplied to the Registry for effecting service on respondent, the Miscellaneous Civil Application was dismissed.

3) Since the notice was not issued, the matter stood dismissed for non-supply of the copies to the Registry.
