Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the revision application against the judgment and decree passed in SCS No.1182 of 2015. It appears that, initially the applicants had filed a writ petition assailing the said decree and, subsequently, the said writ petition has been converted into a civil revision application.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, delay of 56 days in filing the revision application deserves to be condoned.

The application, thus, stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 5.
