DATED : 17th SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This is an Application for restoration of Contempt Petition No.262 of 2023, which was dismissed vide the order dated 4th July, 2025 because nobody appeared for the Petitioner. The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that when the matter was called out before the Division Bench he was appearing in another matter before another Division Bench and therefore, it was not possible for him to attend the said Petition. He submitted that his absence was inadvertent. He had no intention to avoid appearing before the Court.
