The present interim application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 1 year and 111 days to bring the legal heirs of Respondent No.37 on record. The legal heirs of Respondent No.37 are Harshanhi Narayan Patil, Poonam Narayan Patil and Tanmay Narayan Patil. They have been arrayed
as Respondent Nos. 37(a), (b) and (c) to the above interim application. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the above interim application, we allow the same in terms of prayer clause (a) and (c) which read thus :- a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone delay of 1 year and 111 days.
c. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to bring Respondent No. 37(a) to (c) on record as legal heirs of Respondent No. 37 and accordingly be permitted to amend the cause title of the present First Appeal No. 172 of 2024 and Interim Application No. 1548 of 2024 in accordance with the schedule of amendment being Exhibit "H" to this Application. 2.
The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today and the amended copy of the First Appeal as well as interim application No. 1548 of 2024, shall be served on all the respondents, including the newly added respondents, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The above interim application is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
