This application is for restoration of the first appeal which is dismissed for non removal of office objections. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks eight weeks time for removing office objections.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, delay is condoned and application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). 3.
