The above Interim Application seeks to recall the order dated 6th March 2025 by which the above First Appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution. This order was passed because none appeared on behalf of the Appellant on the said date. There is also a delay of 82 days in filing the above Interim Application.

Since the above Interim Application is coming up for the first time, the Registry is directed to issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 7th November 2025.
