Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is taken out to bring the legal representatives of the sole Respondent, who has passed away.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that there is no dispute about the factum of the death of the sole Respondent and the proposed Respondent Nos.1a to 1f being the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent. Learned Counsel submitted that the application is not properly framed.

In the light of the reasons assigned in the application and to advance SSP 1/2

25 ia 11732 of 2025.doc the cause of substantive justice, the application deserves to be allowed. 5.

Delay in taking out the application to set aside the abatement and bring the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent stands condoned. 6.

The Applicants are permitted to bring Respondent Nos.1a to 1f as the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent on record. 7.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment to the application be carried out within a period of two weeks and amended copy of the application be served on the newly impleaded Respondents within a period of three weeks.

Interim Application stands disposed.

CRA stands adjourned to 16 December 2025.
