The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 against whom the relief has been sought and who are main contesting Respondents have been served and an Affidavit of Service dated 24th July, 2025 has been filed to that effect.

The main prayer in the Writ Petition is for a direction to Respondent No.1 to direct the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to hand over the original documents concerning the said flat in its possession in view of original documents having been pledged by the Respondent Nos.5 to 8, while the loan was availed by them. 3.

Considering that, none appears for the Respondent Nos.3 and 4, issue notice to the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 returnable on 1st December, 2025.

In addition the Advocates for the Petitioner shall by way of private service, serve Notice of the next date of listing on the Respondent Nos.3 and 4.
