We are listing this Petition on the "Urgent Supplementary Board" on 23rd September, 2025 to enable the Petitioner to file a specific undertaking that she may be permitted to attend the classes in this semester only, on the condition that her father would request the Hon'ble Bench at Kolhapur to consider his pending Writ Petition in which he has challenged the invalidation of his validity certificate which was earlier granted. If her father's claim is validated, we would consider the same as a significant factor while deciding the Petitioner's case of invalidation of her claim.
