It appears that pursuant to the transfer of the Writ Petitioner from Thane Zilla Parishad to Nashik Zilla Parishad, there was some disruption in his service. Eventually, the Applicant/Petitioner was allowed to work and is presently working on his current salary. 3.

The grievance of the Applicant/Petitioner in this Interim Application is on account of a fact that the salary of the Petitioner has not been paid for the period from 12th July, 2016 to 14th November, 2016. As such, a direction has been sought in this Interim Application for the payment of the salary for the aforesaid period.

Mr. Pakale, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/ Petitioner has pointed out that the issue raised in the Writ Petition is covered by the order dated 28th July, 2025, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.3892 of 2015 and the connected matters.

Mr. Adhikary, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, has fairly agreed that the issue raised in the Interim Application is squarely covered by the directions given in the order dated 28th July, 2025, whereby the Respondent No. 3 was directed to make payment of the unpaid salary of the Petitioner therein within eight weeks. The learned AGP has also agreed to such an order.

In view of the above, this Interim Application as well as the Writ Petition stand disposed of, with the consent of learned

Counsel for both sides, by providing that within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, the unpaid salary of the Applicant/Petitioner for the aforementioned period, be released. (MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.) (SUMAN SHYAM, J.) {
