The application on behalf of the State Government is for extension of time for compliance of the judgment and order dated 21 February 2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench this Court on Writ Petition No.5273 of 2024. The said order was required to be complied within six weeks from the date of the said order. 3.

Having perused the averments as made in the interim application as also the vehement opposition as urged on behalf of the original petitioner, we are of the opinion that larger time as prayed for cannot be granted. Let the orders passed by this Court, as a matter of last opportunity and with no further extension whatsoever be granted, be complied within a period of six weeks from today. 4.

Interim application stands accordingly disposed of. No costs. 5.

Let compliance be reported on 03 November 2025. Non-compliance shall be considered as breach of this order and the appropriate proceedings would be required to be taken up.
