INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 11858 OF 2025 1.

This application is for condonation of delay in filing the first appeal to challenge the order in land acquisition reference. The applicant(claimant) is seeking enhancement of the order of compensation. The reasons for delay are explained in paragraph nos. 4 to 6 of the application.

The respondent is served and is represented through the learned AGP. I see no reason to disbelieve the ground raised in the application for condonation of delay. For the reasons stated in the Page no. 1 of 2
