Present Interim Application has been filed by Applicants for restoration of the Writ Petition and for bringing on record the legal heirs of sole Petitioner who died during the pendency of the Petition. 3.

I have perused the Interim Application.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the order dated 28.01.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.576 of 2024 stands quashed and set aside.

Mr. Salunke, learned Advocate informs the Court that during the interregnum Petitioner has expired and therefore in the Application which is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition, there is an additional prayer in terms of prayer clause 'c' to allow substitution of legal heirs and consequential amendments. The same stands allowed. 6.

Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a', 'b' and 'c'. Delay of approximately 136 days in filing the present Interim Application stands condoned.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the amended cause title shall be served on the other side.

Writ Petition No.576 of 2024 is restored back to the record and file of the Court.

Interim Application No.11863 of 2025 is disposed. 10.

List the Writ Petition No.576 of 2024 on Board on 20th January 2026.
