This matter has been listed today pursuant to order dated 20th September 2025.

When the matter was called out in the morning session, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants sought to tender across the bar further Consent Terms between the Petitioners and the Respondents to modify the earlier Consent Terms dated 14th August 2025 along with certain Affidavits purportedly of the Respondents. 906-IA-11865-2025.doc verified in relation to the said modified Consent Terms, the matter was kept back for the learned Sheristedar of this Court to do the needful. 3.
When the matter is called out in the afternoon session, the learned Sheristedar has placed before this Court a report dated 10th October 2025 where it has been reported that the name of the Applicant no.1(f) differs : in the application it is Anita Balu Dhikale where as in the Aadhar card her name is Lata Balu Dhikale and it is stated that the Advocate will satisfy this Court. 4.
Before perusing the report further, this Court has put it to the learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants to explain the same and the learned Advocate submits that the name in the application is the maiden name and the name in the Aadhar Card is after marriage. However, learned Advocate is unable to furnish any document linking both the names.

Accordingly, for the learned Advocate to do the needful, list on 6th November 2025.

The original Consent Terms are returned herewith. Affidavits to be filed in the Registry.
