This is an Interim Application in Writ Petition No.145 of 2000 filed for the purpose of taking on record further Consent Terms dated 20.09.2025 executed between the parties which the earlier Consent Terms dated 14.08.2025 are sought to be modified as set out therein.

Writ Petition No.145 of 2000 was disposed vide order dated 14.08.2025 by virtue of which said Consent Terms dated 14.08.2025 were taken on record and the matter was settled between the parties. 5.

The parties have now entered into further Consent Terms dated 20.09.2025 and the Original Petitioners have filed the present Interim Application to take on record the further Consent Terms and pass an order in terms thereof. Respondents have no objection to the Court passing an order in terms of further Consent Terms dated 20.09.2025.

Respondent No.4 (Mohini Balasaheb Chandgude) has filed an Affidavit dated 06.05.2026 thereby stating that her name in the cause-title of the Petition and Interim Application is wrongly recorded as Nalini Balasaheb Ghangurde. She has stated on oath that her real name is Mohini Balasaheb Chandgude. She has also annexed her Aadhar Card and PAN Card to the said Affidavit. In the further Consent Terms dated 20.09.2025 her name is correctly recorded. 7.

The further Consent Terms dated20.09.2025 are totally running into 43 pages. The execution of the further Consent Terms is on page Nos.2 to 5. Consent Terms dated 20.09.2025 are taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification.

For the sake of convenience and reference, the first five pages of further Consent Terms dated 20.09.2025 are scanned and

reproduced below for immediate reference:-

Obligations and undertakings stated in the further Consent Terms are taken as an undertaking given to this Court by the parties concerned. The parties shall abide and comply with by the same in

terms of further Consent Terms.

It is clarified that earlier Consent Terms dated 14.08.2025 shall be read alongwith the further Consent Terms dated 20.09.2025 and the fresh Consent Terms reproduced above shall prevail. 11.

Order in terms of further Consent Terms dated 20.09.2025. 12.

With the above directions, Interim Application No.11865 of 2025 is disposed in the above terms.
