The Interim Application is taken out seeking condonation of delay of 138 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Both the learned Counsel state that as the dispute is between two real brothers, a Mediator be appointed.

Accordingly, by consent of the parties, Mr. B. D. Gaikwad, Retired District Judge, is appointed as Mediator. Learned Mediator is requested to submit Report on or before 12th December 2025.

Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel for the Respondent, states that the Respondent has not initiated the execution proceedings and the Respondent will not initiate execution proceedings till disposal of the mediation.
