The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant-petitioner would remove the office objections within a period of four weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statement and for the reasons ascribed in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dated 23rd April, 2025 dismissing the petition for non-removal of office objections, stands set aside and WP(St)/9482/2025 stands restored to file, subject to the 1/2

In the event, the office objections are removed, list the petition for admission.

In case the office objections are not removed within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and WP(ST)/9482/2025 stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
