The applicant has filed this application seeking leave to amend the Writ Petition for bringing certain subsequent development on record.

Mr. Pramod Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the intervener in Intervention Application, submits that his client is the successful bidder and, therefore, seeks intervention. 5.
Mr. Ashish Gaikwad, learned Counsel representing to Official Liquidator, is present.

Having heard the submissions of the learned Counsel for the parties, we are of the view that the subsequent development referred to by the petitioner's Counsel is nothing but a fresh cause of action for the Writ Petitioner for filing independent Writ Petition. Therefore, by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedy, as may be permissible under the law, we dispose of both the Interim Applications.
