By this Application, the Applicant seeks restoration of the aforesaid Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections pursuant to the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) on 22nd April, 2025.

Perused the Application. For the reasons set out in the 1/2

19.IA.11924.25 (c).doc Application, the Application is allowed and the order dated 22nd April, 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I), by which the aforesaid Writ Petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections, stands set aside and the Writ Petition is restored back on its original file.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Needless to state that the learned counsel for the Applicant to remove all the office objections within three weeks from today.

List the Writ Petition under the caption "for admission" on 11th November, 2025.
