Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The learned counsel seeks review as it is the contention of Ms. Palav that the order dated dated 12th August 2025 was passed by this Court without impleading the applicant who was the necessary party.

We do not find any error apparent on the face of record to interfere with the order in the exercise of review jurisdiction of this Court. It is evident that no right was created in favour of the applicant till the passing of the order dated 12th August 2025, for the applicant to claim a right to be heard.

Pursuant to passing of the order dated 12th August 2025, the petitioner no.2 - Twisha D. Patel has already granted admission to the course.

The application, therefore, stands rejected.
