Heard. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thane has passed an order dated 24th June 2025 directing the Insurance Company and insured to pay a sum of Rs.41,71,520/- @ 9% interest. Learned Counsel Ms. Kundu also submitted that her client has also filed First Appeal (ST) No.31700 of 2025 for enhancement. Let that Appeal be tagged to this Appeal. The execution proceeding is filed. 5.

Stay is granted subject to deposit of awarded amount alongwith interest within a period of four weeks from today before The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thane.

After deposit the claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount alongwith corresponding interest subject to undertaking.
