The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - Palghar ("MACT - Palghar") has ordered the insured and insurer to pay an amount of Rs.33,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Three Lakh) along with interest of 7% per annum. The Appellant is ready to deposit the amount within a period of six (6) weeks. Subject to deposit, stay is granted to the execution of the Award.
