Heard Mr. Vilas Tapkir, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants in the Interim Application No.11992 of 2023. 2.

The Applicant seeks intervention in the connected Writ Petition by urging that the Applicants, being farmers, who have interest in the Respondent No.8, any adverse order passed in Writ Petition would have prejudicial affect on their interest. 3.

The prayer is not seriously opposed by the Writ Petitioners or the learned Counsel appearing for the other Respondents. 4.

The Applicant, therefore, stands impleaded in the connected Writ Petition as party the Respondent No.35. The Writ Petition to be amended accordingly.

In view of the above, the Intervention Application No. 11992 of 2025 stands allowed and disposed of.

WRIT PETITION NO.5270 OF 2025.

Heard Mr. Tapkir, who is representing the newly impleaded Respondent No.35.

At the joint request of learned Counsel for parties, 6 weeks' time is granted to exchange pleadings.

Having regard to the prayer for interim order made in the Writ Petition, this matter be posted again on 24th November 2025, High on Board. The parties to bring their stand on record, in the meantime, by filing reply. The question of maintainability of the Writ Petition is kept open and will be examined on the next date. 9.
