By this Interim Application, the Applicants/Petitioners have prayed for condonation of delay of 167 days in filing the present Interim Application and also have prayed for restoration of the Petition to the file of this Court which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objection. 2.

Having perused the averments made in the Application, we condone the delay and restore the Petition to the file of this Court subject to payment of costs of Rs. 3,000/- to be deposited in the Kirtikar Library, High Court, within a period of two Laxmi 1/2

The Applicant/Petitioner shall remove all office objections, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
