By this interim application, the applicants/petitioners are praying for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections by an order dated 21 August 2025.

We have perused the averments as made in the interim application. In the interest of justice, we are of the opinion that the petition deserves to be restored to the file of this Court, however, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited with the Maharashtra Legal Services Authority within a period of one week from today.

Office objections, if any remained to be removed, be removed within two weeks from today.

The interim application stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

List the writ petition for admission on 09 October 2025. 6.
