At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer clause, so as to insert the number of days by which delay has occurred. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day. SQ Pathan 1/2

19-IA-12006-2025.doc By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 37 days caused in filing the aforesaid Appeal. Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the condonation of delay. However, for the reasons set out in the application, more particularly, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the application, we find that the applicant has shown sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 37 days.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the delay of 37 days occasioned in filing the aforesaid Appeal, is condoned. Application is accordingly disposed of.
