Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By an order dated 4 December 2024, the Appeal was admitted by framing substantial questions of law.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submitted that in the intervening period, the Respondents have filed proceedings before the Tribunal for enforcement of the impugned order dated 19 April 2022. 4.
Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that, the Appellant be put to terms and directed to deposit the undisputed amount if the execution and operation of the impugned order is to be stayed. 5.
The parties are at issue over the quantum of the undisputed amount. SSP 1/2

Since this Court has already framed substantial questions of law, it would be expedient to hear the appeal finally, on the substantial questions of law, so framed, and additional substantial question of law, which the learned Counsel for the Appellant proposes to raise, and, in the meanwhile, stay the execution and operation of the impugned order subject to deposit of Rs.5 Lakhs by the Appellant / applicant.

The Interim Application No.12031 of 2025 accordingly stands disposed.

The execution and operation of the impugned order passed by the Tribunal dated 19 April 2022, stands stayed till the decision of the appeal, subject to the Appellant / applicant depositing a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in this Court within a period of two weeks from today. 9.
