The amount is already deposited before the Tribunal, Mumbai. This is the death claim. There is a strong objection for withdrawal of the amount. Whatever may be the grounds of appeal can be considered when the appeal will be heard. This Court is not allowing 100% withdrawal. Hence, the following order:

LSP 2 16 ia 12034.25.doc (i) The Claimant-Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount alongwith corresponding interest on usual undertaking.

(ii) Interim Application is disposed of.

First Appeal No. 1300 of 2025 Respondent No.1 is at liberty to file compilation. Office to accept the same. Stand over to 12th November 2025. (S.M. MODAK, J.)
