Ms. Acharya, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that she is not having the details about the current incumbent in the office of Chairman of the college. 3.

At this stage, Mr. D'Souza, learned Counsel for the Respondents, submits that within two days from today, he will furnish the name and other particulars of the present incumbent in the office of Chairman, to the Applicant's Counsel. 4.

In view of the above and at the request of learned Counsel for the Applicant, this Interim Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh and by making necessary changes therein.
